Background: This project will be a gif usable for Rrodaronin, drawn by Toasty. According to Rrodaronin case has the ability to carry unlimited items that can be pulled out at any time. The item must first be put in before it can be taken out.
The first step is digitizing Toasty's drawing. The colors will be changed later.
After importing the document into c4d I saw that the black strokes were listed by splines. I deleted some of the splines and I also learned that the mixer knobs were messed up during the import, some of the objects will need to be rotated.

Got feedback from Rrodaronin about the color input, he said to cap it at 3 colors while the rest will be black and white.
I went back into illustrator and renamed the layers while also taking stokes off certain sections of the design. I also resized some of the boxes and moved around the turntables to fit the casing, it was slightly off after being turned into 3d last time.
The consolidated layers should help me navigate easier when converting back to 3d.
Made some progress on the inner casing and alined some elements. I'll be doing the outer casing next.
The first prototype is made, now I need to add the mic and input port.
