CUEVAS CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS
Cuevas, an app by Ecothot LLC, does not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, or any content or behavior that endangers children.
Users can report child safety concerns in the Cuevas app through the report menu on user-generated content, including posts, stories, and profiles. The app includes a specific report reason for "Child safety or exploitation." Users may also select the closest applicable report reason if needed.
Reports are reviewed and action may include content removal, account restrictions, account removal, preservation of relevant evidence, and escalation where required.
Cuevas removes CSAM or child exploitation content when identified and reports applicable incidents to appropriate regional or national authorities as required by law, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
