CUEVAS TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using Cuevas, an app and related service operated by Ecothot LLC ("Ecothot," "we," "us," or "our"). Cuevas is a community service and social app for posts, stories, missions, rewards, business mission check-ins, and related community features.

By creating an account, signing in, posting content, joining missions, or using Cuevas, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not create an account, sign in, or use Cuevas.

1. COMMUNITY SAFETY AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Cuevas includes user-generated content and social features. Cuevas has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You may not post, upload, share, promote, request, or encourage:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking, or abusive behavior.
- Hate, dehumanizing content, or attacks based on protected traits.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any content or behavior that endangers children.
- Nudity, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
- Violence, dangerous content, instructions for harm, or illegal activity.
- Spam, scams, fraud, impersonation, misleading content, or attempts to manipulate the service.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Any content that violates law, these terms, or Cuevas community safety standards.

2. REPORTING AND BLOCKING

Users can report objectionable content and safety concerns in the Cuevas app through the report menu on user-generated content, including posts, stories, and profiles. Cuevas includes report reasons such as spam or scam, harassment or bullying, hate or abusive content, nudity or sexual content, violence or dangerous content, false or misleading information, and child safety or exploitation.

Users can also block abusive users in the app. Blocking is intended to reduce unwanted interactions and hide blocked users' content where supported by the app.

Reports may be reviewed by Cuevas. Action may include content removal, account restrictions, account removal, preservation of relevant evidence, or escalation where required.

3. CHILD SAFETY

Cuevas does not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, or any content or behavior that endangers children.

Cuevas removes CSAM or child exploitation content when identified and reports applicable incidents to appropriate regional or national authorities as required by law, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

4. ACCOUNT RULES

You are responsible for the activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use Cuevas lawfully.

You may not:
- Access another user's account without permission.
- Use Cuevas to harm, exploit, harass, deceive, or impersonate others.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Evade moderation, account restrictions, or safety systems.

Cuevas may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these terms, threaten safety, or create legal or operational risk.

5. POSTS, STORIES, COMMENTS, MISSIONS, AND MEDIA

You are responsible for the content you create or upload, including posts, stories, comments, captions, photos, videos, voiceovers, music, audio, mission proof, and profile information.

You must have the rights needed to post or share your content. Do not upload content that you do not own or do not have permission to use.

By submitting content to Cuevas, you grant Ecothot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, process, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to provide and operate Cuevas and related features.

You keep ownership of your content, but Cuevas may remove or restrict content that violates these terms, community standards, legal requirements, or safety rules.

6. MISSIONS, CHECK-INS, AND BUSINESS FEATURES

Cuevas allows users, businesses, and community partners to create or participate in missions, QR check-ins, proof uploads, and related community service features.

Mission hosts are responsible for the accuracy, safety, and legality of missions they create. Users are responsible for participating safely and honestly.

Cuevas may remove missions, check-ins, or proof submissions that appear false, unsafe, abusive, illegal, or inconsistent with these terms.

7. REWARDS AND WALLET FEATURES

Cuevas rewards are in-app community rewards. They do not represent bank funds, cryptocurrency, securities, loans, stored cash value, or regulated financial products.

Wallet features, including Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, are provided only to help users access Cuevas rewards information. Wallet availability may depend on device, platform, account status, and third-party wallet providers.

8. PRIVACY

Cuevas collects and uses information as described in the Cuevas Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, how it may be shared, and how users can contact us about privacy requests.

9. ACCOUNT DELETION

Users can request deletion of their Cuevas account and associated data. Account deletion instructions are published at:

Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, safety, security, fraud prevention, child safety, dispute resolution, backup, tax, accounting, or compliance reasons.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Cuevas may integrate with third-party services, including Apple, Google, Firebase, Wix, Expo/EAS, wallet providers, media sharing services, and other tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

If you share Cuevas content to another app or use a third-party login or wallet feature, that third party may process information according to its own rules.

11. APPLE STANDARD EULA

Where applicable, your use of the Cuevas iOS app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms of Use conflict with Apple's required terms for iOS apps, Apple's required terms apply to the extent required by Apple.

12. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

Cuevas may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we update them, we will change the "Last updated" date above.

Continued use of Cuevas after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.

13. DISCLAIMERS

Cuevas is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that Cuevas will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecothot disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecothot LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or related to Cuevas or these terms.
